Missouri is off to a strong start in the 2026 recruiting class.
Five-star forward Toni Bryant will play for the Tigers next season, according to ESPN.
This is Missouri’s second five-star commitment, alongside Jason Crow Jr., who committed to Missouri in July. This makes Missouri the only team in the country with multiple five-star commitments in the class of 2026.
Loyalty and long-term relationships mattered most to me,” Bryant told ESPN on what factored into his decision. “No head coach has recruited me longer than Coach Gates. Coach Gates sees me as a person, not just a player, and that relationship was built on genuine belief, not just transactions.”
Missouri is coming off a remarkable turnaround season under head coach Dennis Gates. The Tigers were the worst team in the SEC in the 2023-24 season, ending the season winless in the SEC conference. Just one year later, the team went 10-8 in the most competitive conference in basketball and earned a bid to the NCAA Tournament.
With this star-studded recruiting class, Missouri is looking to take yet another leap in the right direction.
