It’s not just soccer and basketball players who are guilty of doing the occasional flopping.
Take Kansas cornerback Cobee Bryant, who did some acting of his own after getting “hit” out of bounds during the Jayhawks’ 49-36 win over UNLV in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl on Tuesday night.
Bryant, who had just intercepted a pass, really tried selling a penalty.

Kansas used an explosive passing attack to beat the Rebels last night, as quarterback Jason Bean threw for 449 yards and six touchdowns.
Wide receivers Luke Grimm (four catches, 160 yards) and Lawrence Arnold (six catches, 132 yards) each eclipsed the 100-yard mark and hauled in three touchdowns apiece.
The Jayhawks also got 71 yards and a touchdown on the ground from star running back Devin Neal, who earlier in the night announced that he’ll be returning to school in 2024.
Kansas finished the season with a 9-4 record, the program’s best mark since its 12-1 Orange Bowl campaign in 2007. Last night’s win was also the Jayhawks’ first bowl victory in 15 years.
