Terrence Enos Jr. (b. Feb. 13, 2003) is an offensive lineman transfer from Pittsburgh who is majoring in business of sports and entertainment. He was a teammate of Nate Matlack.
Enos redshirted and did not play at Pittsburgh in 2021, but he saw action in nine games in 2022 as a reserve offensive lineman and on field goal and extra point protection, helping the Panthers to earn a 9-4 record, which included a victory in the Sun Bowl.
In 2023, he saw time in five games, which included a start at right tackle against Notre Dame, and played on 80 total offensive snaps during the season, also all at right tackle.
Last season, Enos played in all 13 games with four starts, seeing time on 383 total offensive snaps in addition to 73 plays on field goal and extra point protection. A versatile player who has one year left to play one season, he started at left tackle against Syracuse and SMU, left guard against Virginia, and right tackle against Toledo in the GameAbove Sports Bowl.
All told, Enos was in for 199 snaps during the season at left tackle, 117 at right tackle and 77 at left guard. I have him projected as a backup left guard but he could easily start at tackle.
Enos prepped under head coach Thomas Wilcher at Cass Technical (Mich.) High School in Detroit, where he was rated the 52nd-best offensive tackle in the nation for the Class of 2021 by Rivals, while he ranked No. 71 by ESPN.
He earned Associated Press Division 1-2 All-State honors, while he was ranked No. 13 on The Detroit News’ 2021 Class Top 50 Players list after he helped the Technicians to earn a 12-2 record as a senior. Enos also competed in basketball as a high school athlete.
Prior to transferring to K-State after spring practices, he originally picked Pitt over offers from Alabama A&M, Alabama State, Arkansas, Arkansas State, Austin Peay, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Colorado, Eastern Michigan, Houston Christian, Iowa State, Kansas, Kentucky, LSU, Maryland, Memphis, Missouri, Ole Miss, Purdue, Rutgers, Southern Miss, Syracuse, Tennessee State, Toledo, Tuskegee, UAB, Vanderbilt, West Virginia, Western Illinois and Western Michigan, as well as in-state interest from Michigan State.
Upon entering the transfer portal this spring, Enos was offered by Arkansas State, Ball State, Buffalo, K-State, Kent State, Ohio, Southern Miss, Western Kentucky and Western Michigan.
