Kansas City Chiefs fans may want to consider listening to Angel Reese’s podcast later this month.
On Wednesday afternoon, Reese revealed that she had Kayla Nicole, the ex-girlfriend of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, on “Unapologetically Angel.” If there were any doubts about whether or not they talked about Nicole’s dating life, the WNBA star put them to rest with her latest social media post.
Reese shared a quick teaser for her next podcast episode along with this caption: “the tea was most definitely spilled.”
Nicole dated Kelce from 2017 until 2022. There was a rumor that he was “too cheap” during their relationship, but he eventually shot that narrative down.
“Don’t buy into that [expletive],” Kelce said. “I would never say that I was supporting [her]. She had a very financially stable life and what she was doing in her career.”
Earlier this week, Nicole briefly mentioned Kelce by name during an episode of “I Am Athlete Daily.” She talked about the All-Pro tight end’s “slow start” to the season while reading his player prop for Week 5.
“It’s been a slow start for the guy Travis Kelce,” Nicole said. “Do you think he’s going to get more than 58.5 receiving yards?”
If Reese and Nicole even mention Taylor Swift by name, this podcast episode will probably break its record for most downloads.
Of course, any conversation about Kelce’s romance with Nicole could get messy. However, it’s pretty apparent that Reese isn’t afraid to spill some tea.
It’s unclear when this episode of “Unapologetically Angel” will be released. When it’s officially out, we’ll have plenty of things to talk about.
